Meatloaf is way underrated!!!!

Meatloaf doesn't get enough credit.......I'm talking about the meal, not the rock star....Haha!

This meal is so easy, affordable, and one of my kids' favorites! I often double the recipe as shown in the pictures because everyone at my house wants leftovers. If you haven't made this in awhile, please give it another try:)
